Asafoetida Powder is sometimes called the "Incense of the Devil," the odorous gum is burned to force someone to leave you alone. It is mixed with Black Arts Incense Powder and burned to assist in hexing an enemy. For protection against the evil eye place a small amount of asafoetida powder and sulfur powder into a red flannel bag and anoint the bag with camphor oil. Carry the bag with you in your pocket or purse.
